1. General Provisions and Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Rules") apply to the vk444 platform and all its services. When you open an account, log in, or use any service on vk444, you automatically agree to comply with all conditions of these Rules. It is not advisable to use the platform without reading or agreeing to these Rules.

The vk444 platform is intended exclusively for adult users. For Ages 21+ — no person under the age of 21 may register on this platform or use its services.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Registration Requirements

To open an account on vk444, users must meet the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years old at the time of registration and provide valid proof of age.
• All information provided in the registration form must be truthful, accurate, and up to date.
• Each person may open only one account. Holding more than one account under the same person's name is strictly prohibited.
• Sharing an account with any third party or operating an account on behalf of a third party is prohibited.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

vk444 may at any time request a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued document to verify a user's identity. Withdrawal requests may be put on hold until identity verification is complete. Users are required to provide accurate and valid documents; providing false information may result in account closure.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for keeping their account username and password completely confidential. All activity carried out under an account is the responsibility of the account holder. If you suspect your account is being accessed without authorisation, notify vk444 support immediately.

4. Deposit and Withdrawal Rules

4.1 Deposits

The following payment methods are accepted for deposits on vk444: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500.

Deposits must always be made from a payment account registered in the user's own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and such transactions may be cancelled.

4.2 Withdrawals

The same methods apply for withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.

• Withdrawals may only be made to an account held in the user's own name.
• Withdrawal processing may be delayed until identity verification is complete.
• vk444 reserves the right to hold withdrawals in cases of fraud or suspicious activity.
• Bonus funds may only be withdrawn after the specified wagering requirements have been met.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

vk444's welcome bonus is a 200% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳15,000. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.

Example: If someone deposits ৳1,000, they will receive a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000. Before withdrawing, ৳2,000 × 10 = ৳20,000 must be wagered.

• Each promotional offer has its own conditions, which are stated in detail on the offer page.
• Using multiple bonuses at the same time may not be possible; check the specific conditions of each offer.
• A bonus applies only once and to one account — if the same person attempts to claim a bonus on multiple accounts, all accounts may be closed.
• vk444 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.

6. VIP Program and Cashback

vk444's VIP program has five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. You can advance to higher levels through regular play.

Weekly cashback applies at each VIP level. Cashback is calculated on the basis of the total net loss for the week — a fixed percentage of the amount remaining after total winnings are deducted from total losses is given as cashback:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 0.8% weekly cashback

Example: If a Gold-level member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in one week, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100 cashback.

7. Betting and Gaming Rules

7.1 General Betting Rules

All bets on vk444 are considered final once confirmed through the electronic system. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled.

If a technical error causes an inconsistency in a bet's outcome, vk444 reserves the right to void that bet and refund the staked amount.

7.2 Sports Betting

Betting on cricket, football and other sports is conducted in accordance with vk444's own sports rules. Betting on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup and international cricket matches is conducted under the standard rules.

• If a match is cancelled before it is half completed, a decision on the related bet will be made in accordance with vk444's rules.
• For live betting, odds are subject to change; the odds at the time confirmed by the user are final.
• For multi bets, if one selection loses, the entire bet is lost.

7.3 Casino and Slot Games

Casino games and slot games use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which keeps results completely random and impartial. The RTP (Return to Player) rate for each game is stated on that game's own page.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vk444 platform:

• Opening an account under a false identity or using another person's information.
• Misuse of the bonus system or bonus arbitrage.
• Match fixing, score manipulation or placing bets using insider information.
• Using automated software, bots or artificial intelligence to place bets or play games.
• Money laundering or using funds from illegal sources.
• Attempting unauthorised access to another user's account.
• Exploiting any technical error or vulnerability in the platform.

If any of the above activities are detected, vk444 reserves the right to immediately suspend or close the account and confiscate all balances.

9. Responsible Gaming

vk444 believes that gambling or betting is a form of entertainment — not a source of income. The platform encourages users to play in a healthy and controlled manner.

12. Account Suspension or Closure

12.1 Suspension by vk444

vk444 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any condition of these Rules.
• Providing false information during identity verification.
• Suspicious or unusual financial activity.
• An order from a court or government authority.

12.2 Closure by the User

Users may request closure of their own account at any time by contacting support. Any valid balance may be withdrawn before the account is closed, but the bonus balance will be cancelled.

13. Mobile App Use

vk444's Android (APK) and iOS apps are available through official channels. Downloading the app from any source other than the official one is not safe, and vk444 will not be responsible for any problems arising from using such apps. The same terms and conditions apply on the mobile app.

14. Limitation of Liability

vk444 strives to provide uninterrupted service as far as possible. However, vk444 is not liable for temporary disruptions caused by technical issues, cyber attacks or other unforeseen circumstances. vk444 will not provide any compensation for losses caused by problems with the user's own internet connection or device.

15. Changes to the Rules

vk444 reserves the right to partially or fully amend these Rules at any time. Users will be notified through the platform in the case of significant changes. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of those changes.
